HISTORY
The first company of K-Group was established on 5th July, 1997 in the name of Intercom Trade Services (Pvt.)Ltd. Today, after one decade, we have seven companies providing machinery, equipment and services in the local market and represent 26 foreign principals from all over the world.

We have concerted effort to strengthen the organization by investing in people and technology, developing policies & procedures and maintaining the quality services to clients.

HUMAN RESOURCES
We have concerted effort to invest in people as they bring success to the organization. Our staff is highly skilled, professionally qualified and experienced. The average age of our staff was 34 years as on 31 December 2006. We have regular seminars, workshop and training for our staff to strengthen their knowledge and boost their productivity.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
In order to maintain the status of equal opportunity employer, K Group has clearly defined policies and procedures in writing. The policies and procedures are subject to review by BVQI for ISO certification. These are being up dated as and when needed or changes occur in the organization.

QUALITY & SYSTEMS
K Group has heavily invested in developing state-of-the-art information technology system which facilitates the management in making appropriate decisions.
