The FILMEX II is a new generation cast film line for stretch applications, which comes with an integrated FILM PERFORMANCE MONITOR (FPM). The FPM continuously monitors the film production process and provides transparent data, with each roll given a unique identification including FPM quality data. Using this identification, along with suitable connections to the lab or downstream equipment, production can become more efficient. The FILMATIC PS Dual Turret Winder, designed for stretch film applications, produces excellent rolls with perfect edges, consistent quality, low unwind forces, and homogeneous air distribution. The combination of FILMEX II and FILMATIC PS ensures high productivity, outstanding, consistent film quality, and optimum performance in film processing.
